Often while inspecting for wildlife or wildlife damage, I have found other problems that the home owner needed to know about. For example: Once while searching for a snake underneath a home and found that all the ductwork for the heat and air system was lying on the ground. The hangers that were supposed to hold it all up had long sense rusted away and the duct had fallen.
